Report on Income Tax Information

As the ultimate parent company of the Group, Aurubis AG publishes its Report on Income Tax Information pursuant to Sections 342 et seq. of the German Commercial Code (HGB) and in accordance with the EU Directive on public country-by-country reporting.

Since fiscal year 2024/25, Aurubis AG has prepared its Report on Income Tax Information for each fiscal year in accordance with the EU common template and the requirements set out in Sections 342l (1) and (2) of the German Commercial Code (HGB) as a machine-readable data set in XHTML format in the German language.

Aurubis AG has exercised the option of not publishing its Report on Income Tax Information prepared in accordance with the EU common template on the Aurubis website. The report is available free of charge via the website of the German Companies Register ("Unternehmensregister"). Aurubis AG is therefore exempt from the obligation to publish the Report on Income Tax Information on its website.

We voluntarily publish a tax report in our corporate design on the Aurubis website to enhance transparency.
