Circularity
We continue to expand our multimetal recycling to strengthen the circular economy and conserve natural resources. With an annual capacity of over one million tons and 44 % (2024) recycled content in our copper cathodes, we are setting global standards — and aiming to increase this share to 50 % by 2030. Over 150 partnerships and new facilities, like our flagship recycling plant in the US, are driving this progress forward.

We prioritize the balance between the economy, people and the environment in our activities. We aim to strengthen sustainability and transparency throughout the value chain, promote accountability in our business relationships, and foster strong partnerships. Decarbonization
By decarbonizing our production, we are actively contributing to the 1.5°C target of the Paris Climate Agreement. Today, our CO₂ footprint is already less that half the global average for many metals — and we are steadily working to cut our emissions by up to 50% and targeting carbon-neutral production well before 2050.
