Axel works as a Lead Tin Operator at Aurubis Beerse, where he is responsible for recycling and refining metals from the foundry into high-purity lead and tin. In the production hall, he monitors the entire process alongside his teammates and steps in when needed.

Meet Hanne! In July 2022, Hanne started as a Customer Service Analyst at Aurubis Beerse. She supports the customer operations team, prepares reports, and performs various checks. She also ensures that all administration runs smoothly for the sales of tin, lead, b‑grades, and anodes.

Jonas Walbers and Ben Leysen worked for years at Aurubis Beerse. In the summer of 2024, they were assigned to Aurubis Richmond, our new secondary smelter in the United States. There, they are putting their knowledge and expertise from Beerse into practice, actively contributing to the development of the production facility, and growing professionally within an international Aurubis context.

David werkt als Operator Facilities bij Aurubis Beerse. Hij staat mee in voor onze faciliteiten en het terreinonderhoud: van het beheer van het containerpark en afvalstromen over het vegen van pleinen tot de uitvoering van klusjes. Een afwisselende job waarin samenwerking en veiligheid centraal staan.

Robbe werkt als Foundry Operator bij Aurubis Beerse en staat mee in voor het Gieterij proces: van insmelten, slakken gieten tot het leegtappen van ovens en het verplaatsen van materiaal. De combinatie van techniek, afwisseling en verantwoordelijkheid zorgt ervoor dat hij hier helemaal op zijn plek zit.

Almost twenty years ago, Karel Docker began his career at Aurubis in Olen. Today, he is HSE & Sustainability Director, leading our teams responsible for safety, health, environment, and sustainability at the Belgian Aurubis sites in Beerse and Olen.

Milan is Maintenance Mechanic bij Aurubis Beerse en zorgt er samen met zijn collega’s voor dat de machines en installaties veilig en vlot blijven draaien. Hij voert onderhoud uit, lost storingen op en vervangt onderdelen waar nodig. Een technische job vol variatie en uitdaging!

Als Technical Operator Gas Cleaning Facilities controleert, onderhoudt en herstelt Wesley de filters en koelers om een veilige en duurzame productie te garanderen.

As a Back Office Hedging colleague, Jonathan is part of our Finance team. In his role, he protects Aurubis Beerse from potential price risks.

Meet André! As Admin & Trainer Materials Handling, he ensures that (new) colleagues can quickly and safely get up to speed.

Since April 2023, he has been working as Health & Safety Advisor at Aurubis Beerse. He advises the various departments on the safety of his colleagues. In February, Yannick will start the training of Prevention Advisor Level 1.

As a Reception & Shipping Clerk, Celine plays a vital role in managing incoming and outgoing shipments at Aurubis Beerse.

Ontmoet Vincent! In 2015 startte hij bij Aurubis Beerse als Tankhouse Operator. Nu werkt hij op onze nieuwe recyclagefaciliteit ASPA (Advanced Sludge Processing by Aurubis).

As a school leaver, Elise started her career as an R&D Engineer in February. "At Aurubis Beerse, you get the chance to start your career strong," says Elise.

Tom has been working at Aurubis Beerse since February 2013 and has since grown into the role of Shift Supervisor. Next month, he will begin his new position as Team Lead Materials.

Wannes has been working at Aurubis Beerse since December 2021 as a Procurement Buyer Non-Metals. Together with his colleagues, he is responsible for the procurement of non-metals goods and services.
