Neighborhood consultation
Since September 2022, Aurubis Olen and Umicore Olen have been organizing a joint neighborhood consultation.
Through this neighborhood consultation, both companies create an open platform for dialogue. Together with representatives from the surrounding relevant neighborhoods, we discuss what we are working on as companies and promote direct, personal, and open communication. The contact options to reach Aurubis or Umicore 24/7 via the gatehouse remain unchanged.
As a company, we attach great importance to handling reports quickly and effectively. Therefore, we explicitly ask our neighbors to report issues such as noise or odors as soon as possible. This allows us to specifically investigate the possible cause. Below you will find the direct contact details:
