Norddeutsche Affinerie and Cumerio have become Aurubis – renaming of public limited company (Aktiengesellschaft - AG) and subsidiaries has been carried out today

Hamburg, 1 April 2009 – The resolution passed at the Annual General Meeting of Norddeutsche Affinerie AG (NA) on 26 February 2009 to rename the group has been almost completed by the official entry in the Commercial Register and the renaming of the exchange-listed shares.

Aurubis AG will retain the old number WKN 676650. The International Securities Identification Number (ISIN) will also remain unchanged (DE 0006766504). The shares will continue to be part of the Prime Segment of Deutsche Börse and will be listed in the MDAX, the European Stoxx 600 and the Global Challenges Index (GCX).
