Corporate Logistics
We as the corporate logistics department are concerned with the continued optimization and improvement of the material and information flow within the group and with the interaction with external parties, such as service providers or customers. Our activities range from freight procurement for inbound and outbound shipments via road, rail, barge and sea, through material planning, the organisation of transport and the measuring of KPIs up to group-wide logistic projects and solutions.
