Rename to Aurubis decided

At the Annual General Meeting of Norddeutsche Affinerie AG (NA) on 26 February 2009 a resolution was passed to rename the company to Aurubis. The new name was entered in the Commercial Register and the listed shares were renamed on 1 April 2009.

On June 17th Aurubis AG received the 2nd prize in the MDAX category of the Deutsche Börse from the journal „Capital“ and the German Association for Financial Analysis and Asset Management (DVFA) for its good investor relations work.
