Supervisory Board

The Supervisory Board supports the Group’s strategic orientation and the Executive Board’s business management. The Supervisory Board advises the Executive Board on the management of the company and supervises its activities. The Executive and Supervisory Boards work closely together in the Company’s best interests.

The Supervisory Board consists of 12 members, of whom six are elected by the employees and six by the shareholders. The election of the Supervisory Board members representing the employees is performed in accordance with the Law on Codetermination 1976, the members representing the shareholders are elected at the Annual General Meeting.
